What’s your elevator pitch?
SecondKeys is a property management platform for improving tenant retention and cash flow by automating maintenance request management for residential properties. SecondKeys eliminates the guesswork in property management by utilizing end-to-end ticket tracking, predictive analytics, and a qualified contractor network to help property owners and renters live better, manage better, and work better.
What inspired your company?
A few years ago, when I was a maintenance contractor for apartments, I noticed that the software the apartment I worked for only looked through the scope of a property manager. Their platform didn’t take into account us contractors, renters, or even the real estate investors. So, we decided to build a solution that brings together the different personas of an apartment and helps them live better, manage better, and work better.
